A classic Dalmatian villa set in the tranquil harbour of Cavtat, which has been restored with great care, beautifully converted to recreate a property of unique charm and quality. This Villa, one of the oldest in the region, is steeped in 800 years of history. The style of the furnishings, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, the original chapel, smoke house and wine cellar along with the outdoor terrace, blend phenomenally well to give Villa Filipa a warm, welcoming and exclusive atmosphere. The property is surrounded by 12 foot high walls, with an entrance just off the old town harbour of Cavtat. As you walk through the wooden entrance at the side of the property you are greeted by a spacious courtyard flanked by renaissance columns either side of a manicured lawn, planted with orange groves and bay leaf trees.
